Meteora Airdrop Timeline
About Meteora
Meteora builds liquidity infrastructure on Solana. Its Dynamic Liquidity Market Maker concentrates capital where trading actually happens rather than spreading it evenly across a curve, and its dynamic vaults route idle deposits to whichever lending venue is paying most at the time.
The MET token generation event took place in October 2025. The LP Stimulus programme that ran alongside it rewarded liquidity providers across two seasons, and Season 2 closed on 30 June 2026 as the final phase. What follows for liquidity providers is ordinary fee income rather than a further distribution.
Project Fundamentals
How the Meteora airdrop worked
Understand what has already closed
Both LP Stimulus seasons have finished and Season 2 was announced as the final phase. There is no open programme to farm for a retroactive allocation today.
Provide liquidity for the fee income
DLMM pools pay trading fees to liquidity providers continuously. That is the standing reason to use the protocol now, independent of any distribution.
Watch for a Season 3 announcement
Nothing has been confirmed. If the team opens another phase it will be announced through the official channels below rather than through third party lists.
Treat any further airdrop as unconfirmed
Meteora has already distributed its token. A second distribution would be a new decision, not a continuation of the programme that closed.
Was the Meteora airdrop worth it?
- The token already exists. MET launched in October 2025, so this is not a pre token opportunity and the usual points farming logic does not apply.
- Both reward seasons are closed. Season 2 ended on 30 June 2026 and was stated to be the last phase of LP Stimulus.
- Liquidity provision still pays. Fees accrue to LPs whether or not a distribution is running, which is a different proposition from farming for an allocation.
