Solana's low fees make it cheap to try new protocols, which is why so many points programmes start here: perpetuals exchanges, liquid staking, lending markets and leveraged yield products. The flip side is competition, since farming costs others as little as it costs you.
Because transactions are cheap, Solana projects tend to weigh value and time over transaction count: how much you deposited, for how long, and whether you came back. Points programmes here are often published openly, so read each project's own rules before assuming what counts.
Keep some SOL in the wallet for fees, and be careful with claim links: fake claim sites are common around every Solana token launch.
