About Loopscale
Loopscale is a modular, order book-based lending protocol on Solana offering fixed-rate borrowing and lending. Where most DeFi lending floats rates algorithmically, Loopscale matches lenders and borrowers at fixed terms through isolated markets — predictable cost rather than a rate that moves under you. Collateral support is unusually broad, covering staked tokens and LP positions as well as ordinary assets.
Six months after its April 2025 launch it had passed $100 million in deposits with over $38 million borrowed across more than 4,000 active loans, backed by CoinFund, Jump Capital, Coinbase Ventures and Solana Ventures.

- Over $1 billion in cumulative borrowing volume is genuine usage, not farming activity dressed up as traction.
- Backing from CoinFund, Jump Capital, Coinbase Ventures and Solana Ventures is a strong signal for an eventual token.
- Fixed-rate lending is a genuinely underserved niche on Solana rather than another copy of an existing protocol.
- Points accrue alongside real lending yield, so the position earns whether or not a token ever arrives.
- No token or airdrop has been announced. The team has explicitly warned that any claim of a live LOOP token is fraudulent — treat any 'claim' site as a scam.
- Lending carries smart contract risk, and looping strategies can liquidate in a sharp move.
- Fixed-rate positions may be locked for a term. Understand the exit before committing capital.
- The funding figure listed here comes from a third-party aggregator and is unverified.
