About Theoriq
Theoriq builds what it calls an agent swarm protocol, where autonomous AI agents coordinate to run liquidity, yield and trading strategies on chain rather than a person managing positions by hand. It sits in the crowded space where AI and DeFi overlap, and its token arrived with mainnet in December 2025.
The eligibility design is the part worth examining. Theoriq split recipients into two groups with different requirements. Testnet participants had to complete Proof of Humanity verification and then be approved during the claim process. Community members, a category covering Kaito yappers, ambassadors, KOLs, active contributors and selected supporters, skipped the humanity check entirely and went straight to registration.
That asymmetry is unusual and it runs the wrong way. The people who had actually used the product faced an identity check and a discretionary approval step. The people with social reach did not. A fourth route came through Binance Alpha, where 220 points allowed a fixed 400 THQ claim regardless of any involvement with Theoriq at all.

How it worked to get the Theoriq airdrop
Use the testnet
Testnet participation was the product route in. It also carried the heaviest requirements, because qualifying on usage alone was not sufficient.
Pass Proof of Humanity, if you were a testnet user
Testnet participants had to complete PoH verification and then be approved during the claim process. Both steps applied only to this group.
Or qualify as a community member
Kaito yappers, ambassadors, KOLs, active contributors and selected supporters were eligible without PoH and could register directly, skipping both the verification and the approval step.
Register between 9 and 14 December
Registration ran six days and closed before mainnet. As with several 2025 launches, registering was a separate prerequisite to claiming rather than part of it.
Or claim 400 THQ through Binance Alpha
220 Binance Alpha points allowed a flat 400 THQ claim on the Alpha event page, requiring no Theoriq testnet use, no PoH and no registration.
Was the Theoriq airdrop worth it?
- The humanity check fell on the wrong people. Testnet users, the ones who had actually used the protocol, had to pass PoH and a discretionary approval. Kaito yappers and KOLs did not. Sybil filtering aimed at users while influencers walked through is a strange way round.
- Approval was discretionary. Testnet participants were approved during the claim process, so passing verification still did not guarantee the allocation.
- Nobody published how big it was. No source gives a token amount or share of supply for the airdrop. The 1% figure that circulates belongs to the Alpha Vault deposit program, which is a different thing entirely.
- Registration closed before mainnet. The window ran 9 to 14 December, two days ahead of the 16 December launch, so the usual trap applied to anyone not watching that week.
- Binance Alpha was the easiest route by far. A flat 400 THQ for 220 Alpha points, with no protocol involvement, no verification and no approval.
